Fox News backs up "big" Apple event rumors for January, cites "mobility space"

Apple wins appeal over iPod hearing loss

Filed under: iPod Family The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a 2008 ruling dismissing a 2006 case brought against Apple , which claimed that the iPod music player caused hearing loss.
